Hello! Would it still be possible to obtain a hinari login from here? If so, thank you! maninhammock@gmail.comOur university had a working hinari account until last year but, probably for economic crisis reasons, the small yearly fee was not paid for 2010; now as young researchers we do not have access to much scientific literature.

The Hikari Shinkansen is arguably the most important train for Japan Rail Pass users. This is because it is the highest speed train that can be used with the pass on the Tokaido Shinkansen line, between the cities of Tokyo, Kyoto and Osaka.
When Netflix does start to crack down on password sharing, it will be able to tell if you try to carry on doing so. Netflix collects vast amounts of user data and password sharing can be detected via IP addresses, device IDs and account activity.
For UK Netflix users, this could be about to become even more complicated, as the UK watchdog is reportedly branding password sharing as illegal. The Intellectual Property Office has published new guidance alongside Facebook owner Meta which says:
Results: The majority (72.0%) were aware of HINARI however, only 35.1% have had a formal training on how to use it. Sixty-eight percent (68.0%) had ever used HINARI resources and 62.4% of these did so during the month preceding the study. The most frequently used HINARI resources were MEDLINE/PubMed (53.2%), full text journal articles (55.0%), and reference materials (28.5%). Previous users (50.0%) encountered problems in accessing HINARI; with lack of password being the main challenge for access.
The authors state that access is available only from registered libraries and on provision of a password controlled by libraries. This is not quite accurate. HINARI registers many tiny research institutes, very few of which actually have a library and some of which are research institutes of only one or two people. Passwords are provided to directors of institutions and librarians, if there is a library. If there is no library, the director may designate another person to assist in the password distribution. In this way, even the smallest AIDS research station can have the benefit of the information access and HINARI becomes their library. 2ff7e9595c
